Please contact the 3rd party company that you made the reservation through.

If guests are booking on behalf of someone else, they must contact the hotel directly to arrange for third party billing.

Reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card when you book. Blackout dates are subject to their own rules.

Pay Now rates are non-refundable, full pre-paid and non-transferrable.
Pay Later rates require a cancellation notice 72 hours prior to date of arrival in order to avoid a penalty of one night’s stay. Unless otherwise noted on confirmation, please let us know if you have to cancel 72 hours before arrival to avoid penalty. If you just don’t show up, we’ll have to charge one night’s stay.

Check in is at 4pm and checkout is at 11am.

We’ll do our very best to accommodate you – just let us know in advance. If we can’t, we’ll gladly stow your luggage safely and securely, until you’re ready to move in.

For security purposes, please provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID at check-in.

The early departure fee will be one night room and tax for the day you are departing.

After the bill has been settled during checkout, it will take 5-7 business days to see the amount reflected back into your account for any unused amount.

General

  • Upon receiving the requirements of your shoot (including the day/date/time), the Hotel will check availability and provide a list of available spaces where the photographer can shoot/film.
  • Room rental charges may apply (in addition to the location fee) to reserve spaces to shoot in.
  • A Hotel team member will be available to you throughout the shoot and will provide entrance to the pre-determined available areas of the Hotel. As a result, a location fee of $350 per hour (minimum of 1 hour) will apply.
  • Shooting in public areas of the Hotel (including, but not limited to lobby, Parlor room) are not guaranteed, and may be limited.
  • The content of the shoot will need to be approved by the Hotel with a signed Letter of Agreement, and Event Order.

Confirmation and/or room number information is not necessary, but may be included if available. Packages for meeting attendees who are not registered guests of the hotel can also be received and stored – please indicate, if possible, event name as well as recipient phone number for the package arrival notification purposes.

Please Note: All packages sent to the hotel (as of January 8, 2024) will incur a handling charge based upon the weight of each item according to the list below.

You will be able to pick up and pay for your packages at the front desk, with proper photo ID. You can also have packages delivered to your room by our bell staff, from 7AM to 11PM daily. All charges will be billed to the room at the end of your stay.

Pets

Granger Hotel welcomes all four-legged furry travelers up to 40lbs max per room. This means that whether it is 1 pet or 2 pets, the combined max weight is 40lbs. Please note, there is a $100 pet fee. If your room gets dirty, a $250 cleaning fee will be added at the end of your stay.

No, we do not have pet sitting or dog walking services. However, we can have our concierge team assist with locating services nearby.

Transportation & Parking

Due to the Gaslamp Quarter’s commitment to creating a pedestrian-friendly environment, our hotel does not offer on-site parking as the main historic corridor (5th Avenue) is closed from 12am-12pm to vehicles. This helps enhance the areas atmosphere, making it easier for visitors to explore shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues. 
 
For your convenience, there is a public parking structure located directly across the street at 1024 Fifth Ave called 5th & Broadway Garage. Click HERE to reserve your spot.
